1. Currency and Payment

The currency on our website is USD.

We accept paypal and credit cards as payment methods. Paypal is highly recommended as it is safely and securely. We also accept bank transfer as alternative payment methode. Please contact us if you would like to pay with bank transfer.

2. Do I need to pay additional custom tax for my orders?

NO! We as seller are responsible for all import duties, taxes, or customs fees. You will simply receive your orders at home. You do not need to go to the customs or pay any extra fees. 

3. Logistic and deliver time

We only use seleceted logistics(DHL, USPS, Hermes, GLS etc.) . Depends on where you are located, the logistics and deliver time are different. You will get an email with tracking info as soon as your order ships. You can also check your order status by “Account/Order” on our website. The tracking will usually start showing progress with 48 hours of shipment. In our experience it usually takes about 10 – 15 days to most destinations(Due to the global situation it may take longer now). If there are problems with the shipment of your order , please let us know by emailing

4. Can you take a commission with given pictures?

Of Course! Please specify the character name and where it from. Send pictures of the front side, the side and the back side of the character and tell us when you need the costumes. We will reply as soon as possible. You can submit your commission request here:

5. Can you sell a part of the costume(only the jacket for example)alone?

Yes. We can sell separately for most customes. Please send us Email.
