The items with following reasons are covered by our Refund/Return Policy:
- You receive a wrong item(not the item you ordered or wrong color for example).
- The item does not match the listing description.
- You receive a damaged or defective item.
- You never receive the item because the package is lost in transfer.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your receipt of the order, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. such as customized costumes. clearance items and gift cards.
There are certain situations where are not covered by our Refund/Return Policy:
- Customized Products.
- Used, stained, trimmed wigs, altered items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Products were destroyed or returned due to failure to sign for receipt in time.
- Outside of 14 days of receipt.

- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable if it was not the seller’s reason . If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for any lost item during the returning transfer.
- You will receive a refund as soon as we receive the item. If the returned item is not in good condition(damaged or used), we can’t offer you a full refund.
