Duty Free delivery worldwide
We as seller are responsible for all import duties, taxes, or customs fees. You will simply receive your orders at home. You do not need to go to the customs or pay any extra fees.
1. Wigs and plush toys are in most cases “ready to ship”. We will ship within 3 business days from when you place your order and the shipping usually takes 10 business days to most destinations.
2. Costumes are in most cases “made to order”. Total Delivery Date is based on the time it will take to tailor your costumes(7 – 30 business days basis of the descriptions) + the time is taken for the finished item to be shipped to you(about 10 business days to most destinations).
Logistic and deliver time
We only use seleceted logistics(DHL, USPS, Hermes, GLS etc.) . Depends on where you are located, the logistics and deliver time are different.
You will get an email with tracking info as soon as your order ships. You can also check your order status by “Account/Order” on our website. The tracking will usually start showing progress with 48 hours of shipment.
In our experience it usually takes about 10 – 15 days to most destinations(Due to the global situation it may take longer now). If there are problems with the shipment of your order , please let us know by emailing support@cosreplay.com
What should I do if I don’t receive my order?
In most cases, these issues will resolve themselves with time. It most likely has something to do with the routing / sorting on the part of the carrier, and we recommend giving it another few days to resolve or calling the carrier directly. Or if the tracking shows that it was delivered but you didn’t actually receive anything, the first step would be to call your local post office or the carrier to see if they can tell you anything about the delivery/package.
